Terms and Conditions

General:  As a family run business it is our policy to treat customers in exactly the same way as we'd expected to be treated ourselves. However, we are required to lay out our general terms and conditions which we have the right to change at any time. Therefore it is the consumer's responsibility to read these terms and conditions on every occasion prior to making a purchase.

Ordering:  We undertake to supply all goods as described. Photos of items displayed on our website are for demonstration purposes only and colour shades may vary from those shown. In the unlikely event that we are out of stock of a product purchased we shall contact you asking if you'd like it left on backorder or prefer a refund. When stating engraving details it is imperative that the correct instructions and spelling is submitted, as we will engrave exactly as stated.

Delivey:  We currently only dispatch to UK addresses using the Royal Mail's postal service. Our aim is to post within two working days (Monday to Friday) following cleared payment, but please allow up to 10 working days for receipt of your order as we have no control over the postal service's delivery time.

Payment: At this moment in time we accept credit and debit cards through PayPal and also cheque payments. Cheques and PayPal e-cheques will need to be cleared before goods are dispatched. This can take up to 10 working days.

Returns and Refunds: If you are not satisfied with your product in any way you should, in the first instance, contact us by e-mail or phone within three working days of receipt to arrange for it to be returned.  Following that, the item needs to be returned to our address unused and complete in it's original packaging within 14 days for a full refund or replacement. ID tags cannot be returned for repacement or refund if incorrect engraving details were submitted to us in the first place. If an item is found to be missing or damaged upon receipt you should contact us within three working days with full details.

Privacy:  All information collected from customer's will be used purely to carry out their instructions. Under no circumstances will any customer personal information be passed to a third party.
