TERMS and CONDITIONS

GENERAL:-  As a family run business it is our policy to treat customers in exactly the same way as we'd expect to be treated ourselves. However, we are required to set out general terms and conditions which we reserve the right to change at any time, and therefore it is the consumer's responsibility to read these terms and conditions on every occasion prior to a purchase being made.

ORDERING:-  We undertake to supply goods as described, subject to availability at the time (photos of items are for demonstration purposes only and so colour shades of actual item may vary slightly to those shown). In the unlikely event that we are out of stock of an item you have purchased we shall contact you to ask if you'd like it left on backorder or prefer a refund. This will very rarely occur as our website listed stock is checked regularly. When ordering an item that we need to engrave it is imperative that the correct engraving requirements are sent to us as we will engrave exactly as stated.

DELIVERY:-  We currently only despatch to the UK using the Royal Mail's postal service. Our aim is to post within two working days following payment (excluding  cheque payments - see next section) but please allow up to 10 days to receive as we have no control over Royal Mail's delivery time. Pet ID tag orders are posted free whilst the postage cost for all other items is calculated at checkout.

PAYMENT:-  At this moment in time we only accept online payments through PayPal. A PayPal account is very easy to set up, is the safest way for making online payments and fast becoming a popular choice. We also accept cheques and postal orders, though cheques will need to clear prior to despatching goods.

RETURNS & REFUNDS:-   If you are not satisfied with your product in any way you should first of all contact us, by phone or e-mail, and then return it unused and in it's original undamaged packaging within 14 days of receipt for a full refund or replacement. We are sorry but ID tags cannot be returned because of incorrect engraving if the details initially given to us were wrong and which we simply copied (please read 'ordering' section above). In the unlikely event of an item being damaged or missing upon receipt of your package you must contact us within three working days with details.

PRIVACY:-  All information collected from you at the time of placing an order will be used purely to carry out your instructions and action payment. Under no circumstances will any personal information you submit be passed to a third party.
