This guideline has been added following customer feedback regarding confusion over where to state engraving details.
Once you've completed your order click "Go to checkout".
The FIRST PAGE will ask if you'd like to "Order and register as a new customer" or "Order without registering".
On the SECOND PAGE you will be asked to complete your delivery details.
The THIRD PAGE will ask you to select your payment option.
On the FOURTH PAGE you can check that your order details are correct and then ENTER ENGRAVING REQUIREMENTS and ANY SPECIFIC DETAILS in the COMMENTS BOX. Next read the terms and conditions, check the acceptance box and finally click "Complete Order"
